Given our recent expansion across the APAC region, including the opening of 6 new offices, based in the Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea and Thailand, we are strengthening our commercial capabilities to support further growth. As part of this exciting development, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our MPL office in South Korea, based in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul:

BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL
Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing shipping documents.
Support senior staff in resolving logistics-related issues and optimizing operational efficiency.
Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to transportation and customs regulations.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
Proficient in local language and English communication, both written and verbal.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with overseas offices and partners.
